A management system for companies provides structure, direction and accountability for the people who perform the work within your company. It is the framework your business uses to establish goals and strategies, as well as the tools used by your team to get the results you require, whether to meet legal requirements regarding safety at work or to boost profits by implementing more efficient processes.
Management systems are based on the idea that when all processes are documented and responsibilities are clearly defined, and success indicators are clearly defined, the tasks are able to – theoretically be taken care of by themselves.
